Upgrading Your Internet Service to ACS

Step 1.
Signing up with
ACS Online
The easiest way to sign up for ACS Online service is to visit or call our office. We have a variety of payment plans, including: invoice, credit card, and ACH payments. If you cannot stop by our office, we can send you an installation disk or our technical support group can "walk-you-through" the setup procedure by phone.

To download our Internet Dialer, please click here and install the software. Before you can connect, you must contact us and have an account created.

 
Step 2.
Canceling your previous Internet Service Provider (ISP)

America Online - AOL 888-265-8008 Get a confirmation number or the name of the person you speak with. Remove the AOL software from your computer. * Note (1).

MSN (Qwest DSL) 866-783-7868 Contact customer service and ask to have your DSL service switched to ACS Online. Alternatively, it is sometimes easier to have Qwest cancel your entire Qwest DSL service and then contact ACS to establish new DSL service. * Note (2).

Note 1: Usually you will have the best results by removing the previous ISP vendor's software before installing the ACS software. Please contact our technical support group if you need help doing this.

Note 2: ACS is an ISP Partner for Qwest. We can place new orders, but cannot "transfer" service.
